In every entry, you should be able to make your followers feel that you really care about what they need or think. Also, you must be able to deliver them in an easy-to-understand manner; never too technical or too rigid. Scientific jargons can turn readers off. They like it better when what they read has a friendly tone to it.

Fourth, give away some freebies whenever possible. Contrary to what some may think, blogging isn't just about giving information; it is about giving away some stuff too. Don't worry, you're not supposed to spend too much on freebies. A simple coupon, plugin, or ebook can make a difference. Small as they are, readers can appreciate them in a major way because the gesture means a lot. In addition, freebies always create a buzz. A buzz can go a long way in the field of marketing. Whether people are talking for or against you, it can help make your business known to more folks.
